Understanding brings happiness.  Expression: Happiness lies in understanding the secret of whatever is happening. When one is able to remain happy in this way, he is able to spread this happiness to those around too, influencing the lives of all. Experience: When I am able to remain happy under all circumstances, I am able to be free from the influence of others' negativity. Instead I will be able to become a major source of positive influence to those around me.

True change brings benefit to all.

True change brings benefit to all. 

Expression: When there is someone who is behaving in a way that is not right, the usual reaction is to have negative feelings for that person. All words and actions based on this negative attitude will naturally create negativity. Instead it is good to see what could be done to benefit the other person. Raising complaints only takes away inner peace.

Experience: When I bring about a change that benefits even the person who is making the mistake, I am able to remain in peace with all types of people. I am not worried about why a person is behaving in a particular way, but I am able to see what is to be done in order to remove that particular negativity. The hatred is not for the person but for the negativity itself.

To pay attention to every act is to be a hero.

To pay attention to every act is to be a hero.  Expression: A hero actor is one who has great attention for every act of his. He makes sure that none of his words or actions are ordinary or waste. He ensures perfection in everything he does. This naturally brings the best out of him. Experience: Since I pay constant attention to everything I do, I find that I am able to give my best. I am then satisfied with whatever is happening since I know what I do is not as important as how well I do it.

Creativity comes when there is happiness. 

Expression: Happiness touches the heart and enables the creativity to come from within. The one who is happy doesn't wait for the right opportunity to be creative, but uses each moment as a chance for using creativity - for bringing newness. 

Experience: When I am happy I am able to enjoy and make the best use of each and every moment of my life. I will want to do something new, unique and different. So I also have the satisfaction of having done my best. 

To live in the present is to be free from the influence of the past.

To live in the present is to be free from the influence of the past.  Expression: Many times the past keeps coming back again and again in the mind, influencing the present too. The present is lost in thinking about the past. So there can be nothing done to enjoy the present. All words and actions then are totally coloured by the past. Instead the one who is able to free himself from the influence of the past is able to move positively towards the future. Experience: To be free from the influence of the past it is important to have a powerful consciousness of the present. To be able to be free from the influence of the past is to forget the past. Because there is the understanding that it is gone. Also there is no worry about the future. When I am able to learn to live in the present I am able to discover how full it is of peaceful moments.

To be balanced is to experience safety. 


Expression: To be balanced means not to be caught up with extremities. When there is balance, there is the ability to get the best of every situation and move forward with stability. Situations provide a means of learning and growth. So the one who is balanced is safe from negativity. 


Experience: When I have balance, I enrich myself even with extreme negative situations. I experience constant progress and am also able to provide an environment for others' growth. This earns me the blessings and good wishes from all. I thus find myself moving with lightness.

Faith in others gives them power to do their best.

Faith in others gives them power to do their best. 


Expression: When there is faith in others, one is able to provide an environment for others' growth. All resources are used to give support for others. There is no interference in others' work and no feeling to take over others' responsibility. Instead it helps to provide them with the power to deal with their own problems. 


Experience: When I have faith, I am able to see what is lacking in others and fill in with it. I don't complain but am able to see positivity instead. I provide with what is necessary and I have patience too. I am free from expectations for them to bring about a change immediately.
